Since the holiday season only comes around once a year, do your best to soak up every great moment. Avoid eating absent-mindedly while visiting friends and family or when you are preparing food yourself. This is when it's most difficult to pay attention to how much you're eating. One chocolate or mince pie can easily turn into three or four without much notice. Above all, have a happy, healthy holiday season and remember exercise and selective eating can keep those holiday inches at bay!
