Try this tasty, cool dip for something new this summer. Goes great
with veggies or whole wheat pita wedges.
Hummus
2 cups chick peas, drained
½ cup low fat mayonnaise
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp ground cumin
In a blender, process chick peas and garlic until smooth. Add
remaining ingredients mixing well. Chill and serve.
Serves 8.
Per serving: 89 calories, 3 grams fiber, 3 grams protein, 4 grams
