Spinning is an indoor cycling program, A Spinning class lasts for approximately 40 minutes and is led by an instructor, who is also on a bike. He or she will set the "pace" and put it to fun, energetic music.

Following the cues of the instructor, each student will change the resistance to simulate going up and down hills, and will get out of the seat to "climb" or sprint.

Regardless to previous cycling experience you will find that our classes are aimed at all skill levels, where the instructor describes an imaginary course and you choose the level of intensity for the climbs or sprints.
