Start” program is designed to offer
you information on the behavior modifications
necessary in making a successful lifestyle
change. This session includes a self-discovery
exercise, information on the stages of change, stages of action,
time management and goal setting information.
The 1 hour Smart Start sessions are held
weekly at the clubs. Please see the front
desk staff at any club to register you and
a friend for our next class!
