Introduction
Welcome to Nubody's Jump Start Orientation Program. Congratulations on making the first step to better health and fitness. The information that you will receive in the following group sessions will help you gain confidence and skills on exercising safely and effectively.

Adding regular exercise into your lifestyle is part of becoming healthy, more fit and is something that you will need to continue to do for the rest of your life to continue to reap the many benefits.



This booklet is designed for you in mind. It includes all the necessary information to build a foundation for exercising. You will benefit from using it initially during your orientation sessions and ongoing as a fitness resource to keep your program fresh and on track.

The program charts are based on you working out independently two times a week consistently. We strongly suggest a third time in a supervised program that will continue to educate and motivate you on your fitness journey.
