Body Bar Circuit
Combining 1 ½-min of resistance training exercises with 30-sec stretch breaks for every major muscle.resulting in a total body toning, high-energy workout without the bulk. This workout is great for building muscular endurance that will give you the strength to get through your day.

Fun and Fit
Nubody's awesome fitness class for the mature participant. This class incorporates aerobic, resistance and flexibility training for a balanced, effective workout. Although targeted for the older adult, this class is perfect for a new mother returning to exercise. Fun and Fit also be appropriate for someone that is post-rehabilitation. Trail Blazers
Take your fitness level outside with a supervised, outdoor running group. Finish up with a guided stretch at the end of the run.
Friday and Weekend Express Classes
A 45-minute or 1-hour total body workout! Athletic step, Kbox and Body Bar are all incorporated for an intense and challenging workout.
Abs, Buns & Thighs
A½-hour of non-stop exercise for the abdominal, thigh and gluteal muscles.
